This is review on the Skullcandy Hesh headphones. We’ll start with the cons on this one. I’ll have to say this ones have some cons, not many but the one it has really upsets me.
This is strange to me, they come with an extension which you will think that it will make the cable a little bit longer. There’s one that’s like a foot and a half and one that is about 2 feet. And I don’t know why they did this because you can’t do much with such a short cable, you have to plug the extension. I don’t know why they did it but it upsets me. If you are looking  for a lot of bass ,mthese don’t have much bass. The sound is really clear though, I’ll give you guys an example. They get extremely loud when they are not on your ears and the sound doesn’t sound fake.

They get nice and loud without distortinbg tthe sound. It has a volume control which is cool I guess. I can turn my volume all the way up on my ipod and regulate from the headphones. It has this little clip right here. It blocks a good amount of noise. They don’t leak out. A good way to test if sound leaks is to put them on your cheeks. Just a little tip. These don’t leak at all. I think that’s it for the pros. Oh they are cheap: $50 bucks. Skullcandy headphones are really more about style than sound quality.

SO now for the con. I just recently was on a plane ride, I had the headphones on and I fell asleep. I woke up after a couple of hours and my ear was in pain. The problem is because the headset is not shaped for the ear, they sit over them. If you are using them for a short period of time it’s not going to be an issue, but if you use them for travel or for some hours on your ears without adjusting, you might find them annoying. I will get these headphones for the style, if you want good quality headphones then invest over $100 dollars on a different pair.
